Clark specializes in Investment Sales Brokerage and Leasing with an emphasis on the disposition and acquisition of multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout Southeast Florida and the urban Chicagoland area.
With over twenty-five years of brokerage experience in three growing, metropolitan cities, Clark’s background includes time at a national scale Investment Sales firm where he worked to procure both owners and investors of commercial properties city wide. This assignment involved underwriting and evaluating investment properties for buyers and sellers, selling properties on behalf of Financial Institutions, and uncovering and locating specific investment criteria for professional real-estate management companies. Utilizing his reach, he effectively exposed and marketed investment properties to a broad scope, which has elevated him to Top Ten Producer on multiple occasions.
Clark grew up in Michigan, where he attended Central Michigan University and completed his schooling at Arizona State University, graduating with a degree in Business and Communication with a concentration in Finance. In his spare time, Clark likes to compete in various sports and is an avid boater.
